With over 42 years of combined experience the team at Ferris Building can supply all the knowledge, design details and commitment into creating the custom home you always dreamed of in the beautiful Central Oregon landscape.

Harry Ferris moved his family to Central Oregon in 1996 after 10 years of building custom homes in the Willamette Valley where he spent four years as a Director for the Salem Homebuilders Association, hammering out guidelines and core classes to level the playing field in the industry. He started drawing house plans at the age of 15, as it became a passion he carried throughout the years ahead. After spending three years in the Union he decided to strike out on his own in 1986.

After a few years in Central Oregon, Preston Ferris graduated Sisters High School and soon became a main player in the family business. He had a passion for building and an instant eye for detail, along with a willingness and drive to be the best at whatever he chose to do. He made his way through the ins and outs of all phases of construction. Educated from the ground up gave him his hands on perspective and knowledge he gives to every project.

He now owns Ferris Building & Design and has made the company what it is today. Harry and Amy still work for the family business with their drafting and bookkeeping skills.

Preston is still making his mark as a respected Homebuilder and Home Remodeler. Keeping the bar set for high standards he gets great reviews and recommendations from all his clients.
