Design meetings will be exclusively with you and Harry and Preston Ferris. All the time will be taken to make sure the design meets all your expectations.

Site Evaluation

At this stage a budget and financing will be established on the design, the appraisal and site evaluation. Each and every home has to be designed to fit the parcel it rests on. Catering to the view, topography and set backs. Most subdivisions have restrictions that directly affect the looks of the home. Plenty of time will be taken in this process to blend all these elements together for the final evaluations of the home design.
